A huge portion of supplements are from Utah. Utah senators had the law changed from companies having to prove their product does what it says to the FDA having to prove it doesn't. Of course the FDA is overwhelmed and can't keep up. When they do prove a sup is fraudulent the company just markets it under a new name. The docudrama Bigger Stronger Faster talks in great depth about this. He even hires some dudes off the street, mixes some shit together in a bowl, puts it in gel caps, prints a label, and has a legal sup labeled as a test booster. Cost $1.25 to make and sells for $60.
Funny, I actually tried to do that with a male sex pill and it was the chain of stores that wanted lab analysis rather than any government certification.
If you'd presented some fake labs they probably would have put it on their shelves. Lol
