Honestly I think this is one of the best pictures you have taken.
Great lighting and you captured not only your size but your definition!
I can usually do one or the other... Very rarely do I get both in one picture

A little over 1,700cals in this picture.
Absolutely delicious... The waitress gave me the craziest look when I ordered it.
She's like "you do know these are very big right"
I laughed and said, yeah that's the idea.
She said, "you just seem like the type to order a salad"
(I'm wearing my deep cut pink shirt)
I just laughed and said, no guys like me eat a lot of food!
I ate every last bite... Now we're going for milkshakes 🤣😂🤣

Haha, I wasn't aware my real first name was on there. But I've been AJ my entire life... I had teachers in school that didn't know my real name. AJ is on most of my records... The only time I hear my real name is doctors office or court 😂🤣

The ohm one got compromised and I got locked out of it.
But I still have that escape and system.
That's my other baby... But it's going to be time for a new build. After I get her a new car this year, I think I'm gonna get a small ext cab truck (ranger, s10, tocoma) and put 2 18s in the back. Half the cabin space, twice the cone and motor... Double the wattage! I've been into car audio since I was 13

You know... The other day I posted a picture on Facebook and someone said "nice cum gutters" and I had no idea what they were talking about... But now I get it.

I know I'm going to get some hate... But I don't think I've done abs in over a month 😂🤣.
But... It's shirtless weather now... So I have to get back to it.

I recommend getting a good shoulder workout in as soon as possible.
Getting blood and vitamins into the muscle will help with recovery.
I wouldn't go heavy, id go volume

Last blast when I injected eq for the first time, I wasn't even thinking about it being a new compound and injected it in my lower thigh. The next day I was pretty sore, so I moved my leg day up a day... Did squats and leg curls until I couldn't... And the next day I was fine.

Did a bunch of lateral raises then pumped some more juice in.

Feel like Mike Tyson gave me a dead arm for lots.
